We're looking for a Line Producer to manage the day to day operations of a long form series including by not limited to budget, cost reports, scheduling, hiring of crew, etc.

What you'll do:

Oversee all financial operations for Production (Production, Creative & Post)

Approve and make decisions to support Creative in their needs.

Track costs, producer cost reports, sign off on all Amex, PC and Card purchases.

Update show calendar, ensure schedule is on par with budget.

Oversee the Production Management team by making sure everything needed for shoots is organized and within budget (additional crew, locations, vehicles, etc.)

Take the lead and manage all shoots to make sure all protocol and procedures are followed correctly.

Oversee all clearance & legal issues, liaising directly with producers, in-house legal.

What youll bring:

1-2 years experience Line Producing longform series.

Experience and knowledge of unscripted work flows including but not limited to union talent, cost reporting, scheduling, etc.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong knowledge of production logistics and workflow, industry technology, rights issues, insurance, international travel and current industry standard practices.

Knowledge of SAG/AFTRA a plus

A self-starter with the ability to problem-solve across both internal and external stakeholders

Working knowledge of Movie Magic preferred.
