At Volteo, our people are our most valuable resource. We're looking dynamic, self-driven People Business Partner to join our Global Strategic Programs & Operations team. He or she will manage, organize, and implement People programs that include but are not limited to recruitment, on-boarding, policy development, partner management, and providing support to end-users.
This critical position reports to the Strategic Programs & Operations Director. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, developing a local & international ecosystem network, and helping individuals develop promising careers, we want to hear from you!
The selected candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following objectives:
* Understand Volteo business and its challenges to help address the organization and people needs
* Plan, organize and control People related activities
* Contribute to the team development plans, goals, objectives, and systems
* Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
* Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent
* Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
* Grow and foster Partnership relationships with local and international Partners
* Create and drive active development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
* Assist with the change process as Volteo meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale
* Assist in aligning HR strategy with business priorities to drive to results
Required competencies:
1. Relationship Builder - it is vital to manage relationships & stakeholders.
2. Business Acumen - Understand business and the HR impact on it.
3. Communication - Manage stakeholders and their expectations, communicate results.
4. HR expertise - Knowledgeable of HR best practices and full understanding of the HR processes.
5. Data analysis & Reporting - Strong attention to detail to maintain HR data quality and display it on reports.
6. HR systems & implementation - Implementing, maintaining, and updating Volteo HR systems daily.
Experience/Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in human resource management (or related field)
* 4+ years experience providing broad HR support on a Technology environment (Organizational behavior, Management, and Leadership, Performance Management)
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
* Proven experience in IT Recruitment roles
* Capable of working as a team player and working with multiple levels in the organization
* Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects accordingly
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills, communicate to a diverse population and be able to flex your style according to the audience
* Fluent in English
* Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment
* Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
