Lead and develop and implement global Growth and Profit Enhancement Strategy within industry sector Food
Collect robust Voice Of Customers, Marketing Requirements, Product Requirements, Delivery requirements and optimum fulfillment model and Competitive Intelligence and cost targets to build and execute an effective Vertical Roadmap that deliver segment category growth commitments
Build out of strategic planning and strategy deployment process for the vertical to drive vertical growth globally and through each growth region and develop competitive attack plans for the target regions and deliver monthly growth commitments on orders and shipments
Develop and implement Funnel growth strategy and demand creation tactics
Develop requirements and execution to maximize competitiveness of lead product portfolio
Develop and implement Go To Market Strategy and Competitive Attacks for the Food sector.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition opportunities internationally, and expand existing acquisition funnel by generating, assessing and cultivating new targets in both core and adjacent markets
Manage business due diligence process on potential acquisitions.
Possesses excellent business and commercial skills along with an understanding of how to deliver profitable growth in an industrial business.

6-8+ years of experience in business management and substantial experience with acquisition-oriented business development within an international company
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering. Actual degree earned is a secondary concern to relevant experience
MBA or advanced Engineering degree, alternatively meaningful business development experience in engineering-based businesses
Experience identifying, assessing market adjacencies and cultivating acquisitions internationally
Experience presenting and communicating to all levels within an organization
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate a compelling value proposition
Must be able to travel up to 33%, and at times more. International travel may be included
