What does a great Director, Client Management & Business Development do?
As the Director, Client Management & Business Development, you will lead one or more existing business lines with a strategic global client located in Bentonville, AR. You are responsible for driving growth, profitability and growing the relationship, while collaborating with the broader leadership team as vital to ensure the success of overall business unit. Primary focus will be developing and expanding the business line(s) sales, client relationships, product penetration and focused strategy, all within the context of the broader teams strategy and goals. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, you will have a high level of visibility to senior management and executives.

As the Director, Client Management & Business Development, you can look forward to:
Leading a key business line supporting a global strategic client located in Bentonville, AR
Advising all business development and sales efforts within the business line while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy
You will be developing and conducting regular business reviews with the client and developing long-range account plans with all internal stakeholders
You will play a role in supporting cross-business line strategy collaboration and support
We need you to gain exposure to upward management within and outside of your team and organization
Liaising between client and internal Fiserv partners relative to issue resolution, maintenance & project engagements, transactional growth initiates and the like
Helping to lead client adoption tactics relative to all installed services
Coordinating and completing regular and ad-hoc client metric reporting, analysis, and applicable recommendations
Leveraging day-to-day interactions and relationships in order to help drive the Fiserv relevance and uncover areas of potential growth
Qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years experience in related Business Development roles supporting global clients with a focus in Financial Services
Strategy experience with an emphasis on business growth strategy
Minimum 2 years of experience managing employees
Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Experience working in the Financial Technology, Financial Services, or Payments industry
Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA)
