Management of the Central Leave Administration Office staff, process & procedures and overall performance and EZ TIme Workforce leave Module. Sets internal processing and customer service standards and insures that they are adhered to in the administration of the leave. Insures that data entry in EZ Time/KRONOS and HR/Payroll System is performed on a timely and accurate basis. Reveiws all CLAO timecards for processing and ensures Leave Module is function properly . oInsure that leave of absence policies are applied appropriately in terms of DOL Regulations, NYS statutes and related agencies; eligibility, length of leave, returns to work. Monitors leave cases. Reviews requested exceptions with Director of Benefits. Consults with Employee and Labor Relations and OHS as appropriate. oActs as a liaison to Employee and Labor Relations, OHS, Benefits, and HRIC related to leave issues. oResponsible for communicating leave policies and processes to managers and associates and to insure that they understand their roles and responsibilities, conducts presentations as necessary. Meets regularly with EZ Time team, recommends improvements to Workforce Leave Module as necessary. Under graduate degree plus 1-2 years of HR experience; Knowledge of Time and Attendance systems; HRIS and Payroll Knowledge of DOL Regulations, FLMA, NYPFL; Workers Compensation, etc., requirements; meet all deadlines. Supervisory experience Experience with Microsoft Office software; Ability to manage staff, personable and customer focused Organizational skills; Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization; Capable with dealing with the pressure of potential multiple priorities and yet respond to associates and other professionals with equanimity; Ability to understand the strategic imperatives of the team while carrying out administrative functions; Must be analytical, flexible and discreet.Salary Range: $80KMinimum QualificationLess than 5 years
