As Vice President, Enterprise & CEO President Communications, you are a broad, experienced Communications leader with a versatile skill set, able to work directly with the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) and the members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to take strategic insights and deliver valuable communications materials in line with strategic priorities. You adeptly translate their messages and insights into a variety of communications materials (speeches, white papers, OpEd s, etc.) for the executive team. As Head of Enterprise & CEO President Communications, your skills and experiences allow you to proactively bring communications opportunities forward to the CCO and leadership that will enable them to raise their visibility and that of Company overall.

You have:

  • 15+ years of experience; having interfaced directly with senior leaders in a large complex organization.
  • Ability to work directly with senior leaders and become a trusted, value-added communicator partnering with them on all of their communications needs including media relations.
  • Lead crisis communications efforts, anticipating issues before they arise, as well as working reactively with effective rapid response.
  • Organizational savvy to navigate internal and external relationships.
  • An understanding of the business strategy and can quickly iterate and tune messaging to the leaders style and agenda.
  • A results orientation. Able to set an agenda that is tied to the business objectives of the company and measure impact.
  • Talent development orientation, a strong leadership skill and ability to mobilize others.
  • Listening skills yielding a facility with identifying leadership s challenges issues and crafting messages around them.
  • Outstanding written skills and insight into media landscape and relevant contacts.
  • Keen understanding of outside trends impacting the company, the market and the economies in which we do business

Qualifications

You will:

  • Collaborate cross functionally to lead and drive enterprise initiatives.
  • Demonstrate outstanding insights on Company s business drivers and offer value added suggestions on proactive communications approaches.
  • Continually survey the marketplace and external trends and bring these insights proactively to leadership along with suggestions for implementation.
