The Team

The IT Product Management team designs and delivers successful products and services. We enable customers to deliver new business services quickly and profitability. Together, our products enable IT to deliver world-class solutions to our customers.

The Team Lead Infrastructure Services Engineer/Product Manager serves as the single point of accountability for a given IT product and is the face to the customer for their assigned Product(s). They must understand the organization's workflow, processes and customer experience and ensure the IT Product(s) meets current and future needs. This role operates at the intersection of technology, engineering, and business value.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage the IT Product roadmap of assigned product line and ensure it delivers expected business value.

Develop a strong partnership with business line leaders, IT members, and Business Product Management. Understand the business/process making sure IT Product roadmaps are meeting the needs of a rapidly changing business.

Collaborate across the organization to prioritize product initiatives partnering closely with IT and business product management.

Communicate the technology product roadmap to stakeholders

Enterprise infrastructure product business case development

Manage key initiatives to ensure achievement of critical milestones and results

Provide expert guidance and critical analysis of proposed changes during design reviews and product demos with an eye towards simplicity of design and function

Understand and incorporate regulatory & compliance requirements into product design

Keep abreast of existing and emerging technologies impactful to our business

Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Your talents needed for success

Technical product management experience preferred

A bias toward architecture evolution that continually adds business value

Experience building and delivering solutions with world-class security and reliability

Knowledge of the fintech industry (technology, financial instruments, workflows, etc.) preferred

Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, absorb, and analyze information quickly and independently

Ability to develop recommendations, form judgments and make decisions based on existing available data

Executive communication (verbal and written) skills and an ability to communicate complex technical information in simpler terms

Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization

Highly motivated, with the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance

Proven ability to develop and manage cross functional processes and project timelines

Specific Skills and Technologies

Strong background in network technologies including AWS cloud.

Thorough practical knowledge and experience using Cisco systems, routing and switching using Cisco hardware and software

Advanced work experience with specified hardware and software and variety of network protocols involved in LAN and WAN interfacing, security, internet protocols and TCP/IP, and network infrastructure

Experience with firewalls, load balancers and proxy servers


Minimum of 7 years of related experience including technical experience working in an agile IT environment with a strong knowledge of network technology and general IT infrastructure.

Minimum of 3 years working in the role of IT Product Manager

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
