General Description

Responsible for the scope, schedule & execution of the Maintenance Department and the upkeep of the facilities and all equipment needed to meet production needs. Will coordinate, plan, and execute all maintenance requests by using both internal and external resources. Will be responsible for scheduling preventive maintenance for all equipment in the facility.


  • Oversee all Maintenance projects from inception through completion using internal and external resources
  • Coordinate all internal staff and external contractors
  • Plan and coordinate all installation (machinery, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) modifications, improvements and refurbishments to existing and/or new equipment
  • Maintain PM Schedule of all equipment and supplies to meet production needs
  • Work closely with Management Team to ensure all maintenance is performed to support Internal/External Quality Audits
  • Keep financial and non-financial records for all maintenance activities
  • Perform analysis and forecasting to ensure facilities and equipment will support production needs

Education/Work experience requirements

  • 4 year degree in Project Management, Engineering, or relevant field (Industrial)
  • 5 years of experience as an Industrial Project Manager/Planner in a manufacturing environment Chemical processing a Plus
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • PMI Certification a plus
  • Microsoft Excel & Word
